First “cooking” of the year. You can clearly tell I’m at home when it’s taken me 4 days to finally cook something for myself. Going back to simple, poor-student-shortcuts, like I did back in early second year. Also, one of those lazy days where I didn’t want to shave, and also did not want to be photographed looking somewhere in between a hobo or a prepubescent kid who has not yet discovered razors. This is Spaghetti with Creamy Tomato Pesto, and Chicken “Piccata”.

I really do like cooking, it’s just the clean-up that comes with it that I don’t enjoy. I’m gonna miss cooking and trying out new recipes when I go on that diet once I go to Gatineau. Let’s see how long that lasts…LOL
